Elias's Food Drive for Christ United Methodist Church

Hello, everyone! My name is Elias Benjamin Crampton, and I am an Eagle Scout candidate from Boy Scout Troop 316. I am embarking on an important community service project: a food drive to support Christ United Methodist Church's food pantry. The church is located at 501 Wistar Road. This initiative will help provide nutritious meals to families in need within our local community.

The rising cost of living has made it increasingly challenging for many to afford basic necessities, and food insecurity is a growing concern. The Christ United Methodist Church has been a steadfast supporter of our community, offering food assistance to those who need it most. My goal is to support their noble efforts by organizing and executing a comprehensive food drive.

However, I can't do it alone—I need your help to make this project a success. Here's how your donation will be used:

Purchasing non-perishable food items: Canned goods, rice, pasta, and other essential pantry staples.

Hygiene products: Soap, toothpaste, laundry detergent, toothbrushes, and other necessary personal products.

Purchase Storage Items: Heavy duty shelving for the pantry, and foldable carts to help the volunteers to distribute food.

Promotion and outreach: Flyers, posters, and social media campaigns to raise awareness and encourage community participation.

Every dollar donated will go directly toward making this project a reality and ensuring that no family goes hungry. Your generosity will have a lasting impact on our community, and together, we can make a difference.
