Hi my name is, Michelle Mathena. I am trying to raise money for my sister Roni Vaughn & Spenser Wessel.
Their baby boy Elias (3yo) was in a tragic accident on Sunday (10/9/22) afternoon. Currently he is in critical condition in ICU at Riley Children’s Hospital.
As of now his left leg has been amputated up past the knee.
Every 48 hours he will be back in surgery to monitor thigh & hip condition to see if they need to amputate any more.
He is being kept under with sedation until further notice. This family is enduring something that no parent ever thought they would have to go through.
A normal fall Sunday afternoon turned into life altering event for this family.
Please if you can find it in your heart to donate any amount it will help tremendously.
They are going to be at Riley a minimum of 3 weeks maximum of 8 weeks with no money coming in.
They also have two other boys 5 & 6.
The last thing this family should have to think about is money at this time.
