My sister Heather and her husband Matt Aznaran welcomed their first baby into the world as a micro-preemie. Elias Angel was born October 14th at just 24 weeks and 5 days old, weighing only 1lb 6.6oz.
Because of his pending early arrival they had to be life-flighted to another state for the best micro-preemie care. They will be spending the next few months living out-of-state in Tulsa, Oklahoma while caring for Elias in the NICU.
A baby shower will have to wait until Elias is big and strong enough to go home, so for now let's support Matt and Heather financially so they can give all their focus to loving on Elias in the NICU. This unexpected early birth has caused increased living expenses and we all know the medical bills are adding up too.
Elias is a strong fighter and so are his parents! Let's help them in the fight by lifting some of their financial burden for them. Any amount is appreciated.
