Mission:

Eliana is on a mission to bring some of her besties to Disney with her December 2025.

Eliana requires 24/7 care. While Dad and I do everything we can for her to the best of our ability sometimes we need help or just a break.

Over the past 6.5 years Els Dream Team has showed up and showed out for her. They have provided cuddles, medical care, hair styles, babysitting, words of encouragement, reminders to get her life together (IYKYK), been there for firsts and some lasts, prayers, support and so much more.

Our family truly couldn't thrive the way we do without them. They make a difference not only in Eliana's life but our families as well.

These past 8 months have brought about a lot of changes for Eliana and a lot of them have affected her in big ways. We have been conquering this new path the best we can but we are aware some of these changes will start slowing Eliana down over the next year.

We want to take this chance in time where Eliana is THRIVING and take some of our biggest supporters on this trip with us and build some Very Special memories together.
