ElevateCX aims to make a difference in the lives of customer experience leaders who have been affected by recent layoffs and are currently facing unemployment. In addition to our twice-early events, today, we’re launching a fundraising campaign to offer much-needed financial assistance, resources, and emotional support to those in the CX industry who find themselves navigating uncertain career paths.
Our goal is to create a community-driven effort that not only raises funds but also provides a network of support for those affected. Whether it’s by getting some much-needed cash in hand or a sponsored ticket to an ElevateCX event or by simply making connections between job seekers and those hiring in the CX space. By coming together, we can offer our community members a lifeline during this difficult time, helping them regain their footing and emerge stronger.
Every dollar donated will directly contribute to helping people affected by layoffs and unemployment. We'll start with small donations, and if more funds are raised, we'll donate more money. You can apply to receive funds here, and as we grow this campaign, we'll continually monitor how and when funds are distributed.
