Hi, my name is Eliana Inglis and I am fundraising to volunteer in Limpopo, South Africa, to help improve wildlife conservation research; primarily focused in endangered species and to also help restore biodiversity. I will also take advantage of this opportunity to help out in the local community by supporting environmental education, and to teach some basic English, all while engaging in a new culture!

Some activities that I will be participating in are; Elephant monitoring, reserve maintenance, large herbivore monitoring, community engagement and citizen science.

This is an important cause to me as I have always had a strong passion and desire to care for animals and the environment. So this opportunity is really rewarding for me to take part in as I will be able to see the physical impact on the environment and animal welfare that I have always hoped to create.

These funds will help cover the cost of flights, travel/health insurance, vaccinations and most importantly the cost of the programme.
