Elena's leaving after 20 years of brilliance and caring

Elena has been at Bridge Lane Nursery since we started the nursery some 20 years or so! During that time Elena became our Early Years specialist, and has supported new staff settle in and know their roles. She's helped parents with neuro-divergent children access support and help obtaining the professional help they need. She's worked tirelessly to ensure all the children attending the nursery have the best start in life by maintaining the highest of standards and we'd like to thank her. After 20 years of 4.50 a.m. starts she's quite rightfully decided to take her skills into a prospective new role as an Early Years assessor.
