Elena’s Camino Walk
Hello everyone.
As most of you are aware last October I sadly lost my mum.
I’ve decided to do the Camino Di Santiago in her memory.
From the 18th-22nd of May I will attempt to walk the last 116km /72 miles from Sarria to Santiago in 5 days with my childhood friend Gaia.
There are many reasons why people do the Santiago walk, but I personally hope this will help me find meaning after so much pain, but also it will be a great opportunity to raise money for good cause.
I’ve chosen to raise money for Cruse Manchester Bereavement Support Charity - your donation will help people struggling with grief get the help they desperately need.
I would love to raise £5 for each km I’m walking during the Camino to help me reach my goal.
It will be amazing if we can reach together or even more … from my side I will try to get to the end with no injuries and a fixed soul!!
Let’s make this happen in Memory of Olimpia , and anyone else who is not with us anymore, and hopefully go some way to help those like me who unfortunately know the darkness of grief.
