Bridge of hope home care service is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization, EIN #88-2896516. Our mission is to provide the necessary in-home care resources to the senior community that will promote wellness and safety while bridging the financial gap that exists for in-home care services. We endeavor to subsidize the cost of in-home, non-medical care for eligible homebound individuals through community donations, fundraising efforts and grants.

Our vision is for every homebound person to receive the care and resources they need to age in a place with compassion, dignity and respect.
