We're here seeking community assistance for a 70-year-old woman living in Aurora, CO. Out of respect for her privacy, we've decided to leave her information out of our public posting. However, if you'd like to know more details about her or her family, please feel free to reach out to me directly.

[Anonymous] is an elderly woman who has done so much for the Aurora, CO community. Over her lifetime, she's adopted 6 children out of the foster care system and has provided each one of them with a stable home life and an unquantifiable amount of love. Last year, [Anonymous]'s husband (former Peace Corps member) passed away after a long battle with Parkinson's Disease, leaving her all alone to take care of these children with no assistance.  Earlier this year, [Anonymous] suffered from a back injury after slipping and falling on ice and was immobile for quite some time. She's able to move around a bit currently (but still needs a lot of assistance) and is suffering from severe back pain. 

Due to this series of unfortunate events, [Anonymous] has been put in a very tough situation. As an elderly, injured, widowed woman, it's been very hard for her to take care of herself and maintain her household. [Anonymous] has been deprived of assistance from various government agencies and desperately needs our help in order to provide a safe & beautiful home for herself and her children to thrive in. 

We're kindly accepting donations to assist with the following services:
- Intensive deep cleaning/decluttering service & bi-weekly upkeep
- Exterminator services
- Home renovations (patching up holes in the wall, tearing out & replacing carpets, etc)
- Groceries & cleaning supplies
* We will provide receipts on the GoFundMe page for full transparency 

We currently have a small crew of volunteers who are helping to clean, declutter, and organize her home; however, there are many more intensive tasks that need to be accomplished that fall beyond our personal abilities. 

[Anonymous] has devoted her entire life to helping others, and it's our turn, as a community, to assist her in this time of need.
