Proximity changes outcomes.

When survivors are isolated, abuse thrives. But when safety, resources, and supportive people are close by, the cycle of violence can be broken.

For survivors: It means you don’t have to walk through fear alone. Safe Haven brings trustworthy resources closer so help is within reach.

For friends and family: It means that being near someone in crisis — listening, noticing, guiding them toward help — can save a life.

For faith leaders and providers: It means your awareness and response can be the bridge between silence and safety.

For donors and allies: It means your support allows us to place life-saving tools — pamphlets, stickers, partner connections — right where they’re needed most.

In short: The closer safety is, the faster hope and healing begin. Proximity creates power for change.

Every day, survivors of domestic violence face an impossible choice: stay in danger, or take a leap into the unknown — often without knowing which resources they can trust.

Some end up at unsafe shelters. Others are met with judgment instead of help. Children caught in the crossfire often carry invisible scars for life.

We are building a network that survivors can trust — one that connects them to vetted, proven, and safe organizations. Our first steps:

Awareness stickers with discreet QR codes linking to safe resources, placed in airports, hotels, restrooms, and businesses.

Pamphlets and literature for churches, schools, and community spaces — showing warning signs, safe steps, and lifelines.

Partner spotlights for vetted nonprofits so survivors and allies know exactly where to turn.

When the clock runs out, our mission will continue. What started as a competition with thousands of other competitors is ACTUALLY born of real pain, real experience, and a real desire to be an advocate for women and children who desperately need our help.
