As some of you already know, I have been put in a position where I am in the process of pursuing legal action in order to spend time with my two youngest children.

The children’s mother and I separated some time ago and unfortunately nothing has been easy since. Most importantly, the children are missing out on quality time with their dad, their eldest sibling and my entire family.

I knew that legal fees were high when this process started, but of course, was willing to pay whatever it cost in order to have fair access and time with my children, however, I didn’t think they would rise as high as they already have.

To date, I have incurred costs of almost £30k and we aren’t even half way through the process. The next hearing is scheduled for 22nd December which could hopefully result in me having the children for some time during the Christmas holidays.

The ultimate outcome of the hearings is to simply ensure that I see the children at the weekends on a regular basis and to have them remain living in this country where I am able to have consistent access to them.

I love my children very much and want to continue to be a loving father who is active and present in their lives.

It feels uncomfortable having to reach out on social media for help, but I have now run out of personal funds, I do not want to have to give up at this important point. In order to have legal representation, I have no choice but to rely on your kind generosity. Thank you to everyone who has donated so far. I'm blown away by your kindness.
