On New Year's Day, my husband walked to the store to get some things for dinner and was struck by a car on the way back.

He is, by the grace of God, going to be okay but is severely injured and has a long road to recovery. His leg was broken in multiple places, his nose, under his eye, and forehead were all fractured, and his right hand was fractured. He had to get two surgeries and was transferred to two different hospitals.

We have two kids, and I'm starting this GoFundMe to help with all the bills, groceries, physical therapy, and everything I will have to take care of now on one income. This has been such a traumatic event and I hate to even ask for help, but I’m thankful for anything we receive.
