My son was 15, about to be 16 when it happened, it was a hot Saturday evening in June , his sister and his self were going to swim in the neighbor's pool as they had so many times before they jumped in together. May came up, but Xailin did not, and when she realized ,she came to get me, she said It felt like pins and needles and got out immediately, when she said that I knew something wasn't right, I ran and jumped in and brought him to the surface where he was pulled out by my dear friend, May proceeded to start CPR to no avail, my sweet baby boy , passed away June 15, the world went dark.....all the while I am still in the pool unconscious and by the time I got pulled out I was blue with purple lips, my heart stopped for 10 minutes according to the paramedics on scene, it was later discovered I had not only a heart attack but a stroke also.i spent just about 2 weeks in the hospital a few days in an induced coma, I couldn't remember anything, I did not know my baby was gone until 2 days after I got out of the hospital,things will NEVER be the same, rest in peacey little guy
