Edwardians Virtual Charity Challenge

During May Edwardian FC will be virtually cycling, running and walking from Murrayfield, Edinburgh to Stadio Olympic, Rome, via each national and top flight professional Rugby stadium in the United Kingdom, Ireland, France and Italy. This will be over 4,500 miles!!
We have decided to split the funds raised by this three ways, to Age UK Solihull, the NHS and to club funds. The club has been working closely with Age UK Solihull since the lockdown by delivering food packages to those in need. We have seen first hand what fantastic work Age UK Solihull do across the borough and beyond. https://www.ageuk.org.uk/solihull/
There is little description needed as to why we have chosen the NHS as the other beneficiary of this fundraiser, we would like to add some more thanks here to the superheroes keeping us safe and well, not just now, but always.
The final third of donations will be going to the rugby club, as a result of the pandemic the incomings for the club have ground to a halt. We have had a fantastic year of grassroots growth, especially in the girls game, as well as the Mini & Junior sections. We need to raise funds to enable us to continue the growth and development at all ages. Thank you for visiting our page, please give what you can, we greatly appreciate it.
