Education Fund for Tom Oelkers' daughters

Tom Oelkers’ battle against World Trade Center (WTC) cancer showed his courage and determination. Despite the incredible challenges he faced, Tom emerged a hero to his friends & family and he stayed strong until the very end.

The love of Tom’s life is his wife, Erika, and together they have three beautiful daughters: Camryn, Juliet and Scarlett. Tom shared his commitment to helping others through his career, first in the NYPD and then in the FDNY. Tom was incredibly proud to be a NYC firefighter, spending the majority of his career at Ladder 44 in the Bronx.
