I am David Blake, an education entrepreneur, and proud board member of the Top of The Hill Girls Senior School.

Founded by Mary Murimi, her journey is a testament to the transformative power of education and sacrifice. Born and raised in Kenya, Mary’s father was a true champion for girls’ education. In a time when girls rarely attended school, he made the ultimate sacrifice—working without pay for four years—so she could complete high school. With that education, Mary excelled, ultimately becoming a professor. To honor her father’s legacy, she’s using her inheritance to build Top of the Hill Girls Secondary School to empower young girls with education and life skills.

By supporting this cause, you join a movement dedicated to changing lives, nurturing leadership, and inspiring a generation of girls to uplift their communities.

We broke ground this year and the construction of the school is underway, but we need to continue to raise funds to see the project to completion.
