<div>Founded by Mary Murimi, her journey is a testament to the transformative power of education and sacrifice. Born and raised in Kenya, Mary’s father was a true champion for girls’ education. In a time when girls rarely attended school, he made the ultimate sacrifice—working without pay for four years—so she could complete high school. With that education, Mary excelled, ultimately becoming a professor. To honor her father’s legacy, she’s using her inheritance to build Top of the Hill Girls Secondary School to empower young girls with education and life skills.

<div>We broke ground this year and the construction of the school is underway, but we need to continue to raise funds to see the project to completion.
