CASHAPP $EdisonTigers

Edison High School Baseball team has suffered a tremendous loss. Friday afternoon coaches and players arrived to the field to find fences cut and their C train broken into. This is hurtful and heartbreaking as these players have had set back after set back. Last year, our program lost over $20,000 due to embezzled funds. These players have worked very hard to overcome the hurt, disappointment and betrayal while continuing to strive academically and continuing to keep team moral. After working diligently to rebuild the program and obtaining the necessary equipment to run a successful program; to have individuals come in and take all of their pitching machines, sound system and gear needed to play the game is a program changing blow. Perennially, Edison struggles with resources to maintain a successful program. So when someone takes what little we have it’s devastating. It’s heartbreaking to see what these players have had to endure just to be on the field playing the game they love. This program means so much to these athletes and their families.
