Cambodia Mission Trip
Donation protected
hey friends,
back in 2018, I spent a month travelling in Cambodia and fell in love with this nation and its people. My heart was broken learning about the country’s recent history of genocide and how every single national I met was directly affected by this tragedy. I was moved by the incredible warmth and hospitality of the locals, and I desire to give something back.
Cambodia sadly has one of the highest human trafficking rates in the world.
In October, I’ll be joining a mission trip to the capital, where I’ll be serving alongside Iris Phnom Penh and The Missions Worldwide at their established base. Their mission is to take a holistic approach to the prevention of human trafficking by protecting and empowering those in the most vulnerable and impoverished communities, providing physical, mental, emotional and spiritual support.
Some of their projects include:
~A day centre in an at-risk community, which offers kids clubs and adult discipleship classes
~Outreach in red-light areas
~Outreach to provincial areas where the risk of exploitation and human trafficking is greatest
I need some help to raise funds for this trip and your contributions would be so so gratefully received.
You can read more about their vision and ongoing community projects at
Thank you so much!
