Medical Missions

Hi, My name is Kirsty and I’m an Australian Emergency Nurse, who is raising money for medical missions with PANZMA (Pal Australian New Zealand Medical Association). We are a group of medical professionals from Australia providing medical assistance on the ground. Reports from colleagues on the ground show the grim conditions of hospitals operating without essential supplies such as pain relief, anaesthesia and critical equipment and personnel.

Healthcare is protected under International Humanitarian Law and Geneva Conventions. The devastation to healthcare infrastructure and with holding vital supplies at border crossings has left our colleagues struggling to provide even basic care in horrendous conditions.

The urgency of the situation cannot be overstated. By donating to this appeal you can make a tangible difference in the lives of our colleagues and patients. All donations no matter the size, will directly impact the work on the frontline. We are heartbroken to see our colleagues being harmed and together, we can ensure that the basic human right to healthcare is upheld for all, regardless of circumstances.

This fundraiser is not political and only supports our shared humanity.

The money will go towards medical missions, projects on the ground including food, water, shelter, medicine and healthcare.
