Hummingbird Pantry has grown to be one of the largest food distribution sites in Brevard County. Hummingbird has serviced over 3 million families in the past 14 years.

Hummingbird has always strived to end food insecurity in Brevard. However, the yearly increase in demand has outgrown their 7,400 sqft facility. They simply have no more room to park vehicles or even store all the food needed each week.

Hummingbird has provided food since 2012.

Hummingbird grew from 45 families each Holiday to over 6,000 families weekly.

In 2019, Hummingbird was named Food Pantry of the Year.

Hummingbird is the only Emergency Food Distribution Site in North Brevard.

Hummingbird has assisted families after a Hurricane, Government Shut-down, COVID-19, and a host of other unfortunate events effecting our neighbors in Brevard County.

2020 - 2023 - Largest food distribution site in Florida

2025 - The 3rd largest food distribution site. The decrease reflects the lack of funding to receive additional food.
