Reach and Connect Community Charity is a non profit organization created by youth for youth, to reach out to those with resources and talents and connect them with children in need both in our local community and abroad. This fundraiser will supply 100 thoughtfully curated Easter Baskets for the UCSF Family House to provide some comfort. These baskets will go to 100 children who are suffering from cancer, or other terminal illnesses.
