In honor of our commitment to our Great Mother Earth, the Sacred Earth Circle (formerly known as Earth Church Circle, as the Earth is our church) is sponsoring the purchase of a new 18 pole Tipi for Long Soldier's Sweat Lodge, located in Buena Vista, CO.

Long Soldier is a tradition Oglala Lakota from Wambli, SD, fluent in the Old Traditions and language of his people. A humble Elder, who carries much Sacred Wisdom, and Tradition, a rarity to know and practice nowadays, he has built over 1000 Lodges so far during his lifetime. The Lodge needs a new Tipi in order to continue his great ceremony for all people. Please support him, and all the people that participate, in healing prayers, love and forgiveness for all, on the Red Road.

New canvas, to be stitched, costs $1211 with liner, and this does not include the cost of the poles, which take one year to age. We went with the more affordable version from Montana Tent & Tipi. Your gift is certain to result in a huge ripples of blessings for All Our Relations/Mitakuye Oyasin.
