Chronic Kidney Disease ("CKD") is one of the most pressing yet overlooked health crises in Central Florida. When a doctor delivers an advanced renal failure diagnosis, a patient's entire life shifts in an instant. Beyond the physical toll, the diagnosis brings an avalanche of unexpected challenges: sudden job loss, crippling financial stress, and deep emotional strain that ripples through entire families and care networks.
At the Central Florida Kidney Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we step in so no one has to fight this battle alone.
