Earl Jenkins Home repairs

Hi my name is Martin Riggs and I’m raising money for Earl Jenkins a disabled veteran my wife sold a house to. Earl was barely able to qualify for a Mortgage based on rising home costs but he was getting kicked out of his 9 year rental. It’s a great property but it needs some upgrades and things to be safe and usable. I’m working with the VA to get him a lift and grab bars which is a tedious process. He needs a new Electric panel, new deck boards, propane for the winter, and today he informs me his fridge isn’t working.

My wife and I have helped him move in, get some furniture, take him to the VA, and follow up with VA to get a lift but it’s getting to the point where we need help.
