Dear friends of Palestine and of humanity,

my name is Saeed Amireh, I'm a 33 year old peace and human rights defender from the village of Ni'lin in Palestine.

Since October 2023 until now, survival has been very difficult for us. We don't have the possibility to farm our land as it has been declared military zone by the Israeli military and we've been cut off of every other type of work, as no work permits are being issued by the Israeli state. Israel clearly wants us and tries to ethnically cleanse all of us from the Westbank. Everyday life has become a very difficult struggle for my family. The heavy burden keeps accumulating day after day to the point that we don’t know how to survive any longer.

Winter has come, and we are unable to afford the basic needs for daily life such as food and heating. Even obtaining a gas bottle for cooking purposes or medicine for my sick mother seems next to impossible.

I am standing before you once again, even though I am shy and embarrassed , but I don’t know who else I could ask except you my great friends. I'm turning to you, pleading with you to urgently help my family to survive this winter and provide the basic needs and mostly buying medicine for my mother that she must keep taking in order for her health not to deteriorate any further.

Any amount makes a big difference for us and helps us to stay resilient.
