Hello, My name is Sara Abraham-Winkler, and I am a Life Scout with Scouting America Troop 19 chartered at St Rose of Lima Church in Short Hills NJ. The beneficiary of my Eagle Scout Service Project is American Legion Post 140 - Guy R. Bosworth, where I am revitalizing the memorial at the Post.

This memorial, centered around a World War I cannon, also feature memorial bricks honoring local veterans and a flagpole proudly displaying our nation's flag. It stands as a tribute to the service and sacrifice of our nation's veterans and as a focal point of rememberance for the community.

My project objective is to revitalize the Post memorial site in time for this Veterans Day and our Millburn 250 celebration, so it continues to serve as a place of respect, reflection, and pride for generations to come. This includes installing new bushes, adding decorative pebble stone, and painting to refresh and enhance the site while preserving its dignity and significance.

I will need volunteers and those willing to help in order to complete my project. Your support will help provide the materials and resources needed to complete this project and ensure the legacy of those who served is honored for years to come.
