Eagle Scout Project @ Sequoyah State Park

Hello! My name is Morgan Johnson, I'm 17 and I go to Wagoner High School in Wagoner, Oklahoma. I have been in Scouts since I was 6 years old, and I've been a part of Boy Scout Troop 26 for 5 years now. I am working on my Eagle Project, and I need your help to do it! My project is the purchasing and installation of 23 trail signage posts across the Sequoyah State Park trail system. After many years of hiking there, I've noticed that the current signage in place has shifted into a dilapidated state and can be difficult to read and follow. This project will greatly benefit both the aesthetic and functional aspects of the park and will help visitors and hikers for decades to come. I lived in Sequoyah for the first 9 years of my life, and this project means a lot to me to help give back to the place that has given so much to me.
