My name is Noah Gagnier and I'm going to be an 11th grade student at Mexico High School. I'm a part of the Scouts BSA Troop 825. My Eagle Project is for the Child Advocacy Center of Oswego County located in Fulton NY. My eagle project is twofold, first to participate in a cleanup project, and secondly to create benches, picnic tables, and landscape improvements. I am looking to raise $1500 for this project to support the important work of healing for the families in my county.
