Eagle Scout Project - Fundraiser By Daniel Wolf

Hello,

My name is Daniel Wolf from Scout Troop 256. I have been involved in Scouting since I was six years old. My earliest Scouting memory is building my Pine Wood Derby car with my dad. When I bridged into Boy Scouts I found that I enjoyed camping and giving service to others. Now that I’m in my last year of Scouts I am working on my Eagle Scout Project.

I am dedicating my Eagle Scout Project to help benefit the foster kids at Orangewood Foundation in Orange County, California. Orangewood Foundation program helps foster youth improve or strengthen their physical, emotional and “relation” health which are often necessary first steps on the road to self-sufficiency. This Eagle Scout project will be making Toiletries Hygiene Kits. My goal is to raise funds to make 300 kits to donate to Orangewood Foundation with the following items:

• Full-Size Shampoo

• Full-Size Conditioner

• Toothbrush

• Toothpaste

• Bars of Soap

• Deodorant

• Shaving Razors

• Feminine Products

My goal is to raise $2,000.00 for these Toiletries Hygiene Kits to benefit Orangewood Foundation. Any funds over our goal will be directly donated to Orangewood Foundation. Thank you for your time and consideration for this Eagle Scout Project.

Thank you for all the donations received. We are now pricing and purchasing products for Hygiene kits for Orangewood Foundation. Because of your generosity, we will be able to make 200 Hygiene kits. Updates to come.

All two hundred hygiene kits have been delivered to Orangewood Foundation today. It was a good feeling to bring these hygiene kits to those who need them.

I would like to thank all of you who donated to my Eagle Scout Project, those who helped by handing out fliers, those who help me build the hygiene kits, and those who helped me deliver all 200 hygiene kits to Orangewood Foundation.
