My name is Matthew Hambly. I’m a Boy Scout in Troop 1089, in Houston, Texas. I will be leading a group of volunteers to complete my Eagle Scout Project at Cedar Brook Elementary School.
The project will improve the beauty and function of a butterfly garden which the school uses for science education. We will remove dead plants and weeds, spread mulch, plant new butterfly-hosting plants and shrubs, and install an new bench.
The project will take place on Saturday, September 29 at 8:00 am at Cedar Brook Elementary School, 2121 Ojeman Rd, Houston, TX 77080.
