I am raising funds for my Eagle Scout project, which will benefit the Hermosa Beach Friends of the Library, a wonderful local non-profit. Their small bookstore is a vital resource for our community, with all proceeds going directly to support our local library. Right now, they don’t have a glass-covered display case, which means their most vulnerable and valuable books can’t be safely showcased for visitors to enjoy.

With your support, I plan to build a beautiful display case using walnut wood, glass, and quality woodworking supplies. This will allow the Friends of the Library to highlight special books while keeping them protected. Every dollar raised will go toward purchasing the materials needed—wood, glass, wax, and other essentials—to make this project a reality.

Boy Scouts has helped me grow as a person, a leader, and a member of my community. Completing this project is the final step on my journey to becoming an Eagle Scout. I’ve loved reading since I was a kid, and this is my chance to give back in a way that truly resonates with me.
