Hi! My name is Grant King and I am a Boy Scout in Troop 3 of Caldwell, NJ.
Recently, I have been planning out my Eagle Scout Project and have been approved to build a new Bocce Ball Court at Bond Force Park in Roseland. The current court used to be played on regularly, but the condition of the court has left my community in need of a new one. To make this project possible I need help fundraising the money to construct the court.
The estimated cost of the project is about $2900. This includes a large amount of pressure-treated wood, bocce ball court materials like different kinds of gravel and shells, as well as renting large machines in order to clear and construct the area for the court. I hope to start my project with the help of GoFundMe, so any donation helps! This project puts me one step closer to achieving the rank of Eagle Scout.
