Update: I have Completed the planned bike rack a on the south side of the waterfall in los penasquitos. The bike repair station is backlogged so it hasn't been completed yet. Thank you everyone who donated for helping me achieve my goal.

Hi, my name is Tobin and I am a Boy Scout in Troop 500 based in Ocean Beach, San Diego, California working on my Eagle Rank. For my Eagle Project I will be building a Bike Stand and Bike Repair Station for Los Penasquitos. In this project I will be replacing the bike rack on the south side of the Los Penasquitos waterfall. As a stretch goal I will also be adding a Bike repair station as none exist near the site. As a kid I learned to mountain bike in Los Penasquitos and I still love to bike there especially with my younger sister. I really want to contribute back to the park for my Eagle project.

I have two goals for this project. First I want to build a bike stand so that mountain bikers have somewhere to put their bikes safely and securely when they walk down to visit the waterfall. Second I want to install a bike repair station so that bikers have somewhere to fix flat tires or adjust any mechanical issues.

Any surplus funds will be donated to the Los Penasquitos reserve after the project is completed.
