Eagle project fundraiser - Toby Hess
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Tobias Hess and I’m a Life Scout for BSA Troop 7155. I’ve been using the Perkiomen Trail for several years now to run, walk, and enjoy the sights and sounds of the trail. It’s been a vital part of my life, and it has provided so much for my physical and mental well-being. For my Eagle project, I decided that I want to give back to the trail. The project will be replacing over two hundred yards of split-rail fencing between Kratz Station Road and Crusher Road. These new fences will replace older, decrepit fencing that has begun to fall apart (see the attached image) and increase the safety and aesthetic beauty of this section of the trail. In order to carry out this project, I am seeking $3,200 in funding. This will pay for materials, tools, and a large variety of other items required to complete the project. Any extra money raised will be donated directly to the trail, with no profits going to myself or the troop. If you are interested in helping with the project monetarily, please use the attached GoFundMe link. No contribution is too small, and myself, my troop, and the trail all appreciate it.
