Liam Yates - Eagle Project fundraiser

Liam (William) Yates is a Life Scout with Scouts BSA Troop 805 in Windham, Maine. He is currently working on his Eagle Scout project: building a covered pavilion at the Windham Public Safety building for all our first responders to use.

To obtain all the building materials for this project, Liam needs to raise approximately $4,500. We are reaching out to our generous community members in the hopes you will consider donating to his project. This, in turn, will support our hardworking Public Safety workers!

This project is significant to Liam because he had a life-threatening anaphylactic reaction to peanut butter when he was three years old, and it was Windham's first responders who helped get him safely to the hospital. Building a versatile, covered recreational space for their use-- whether for relaxation or as an outdoor classroom-- is one small way for Liam to show his gratitude and appreciation.
