Our local game shop,  the Eagle and Empire, suffered damage when a large portion of the shopping center it is located experienced a serious fire on October 20th . While the damage to the shop itself was not devastating, a significant portion of the store merchandise was damaged or ruined. The shop will need significant work done to repair the smoke and water damage and to replace damaged fixtures. The shop's insurance will help, but may not cover all the repair and rebuilding expenses, nor all of the lost income while the shop is being repaired. Please consider contributing to help ensure a true asset to our hobby, and one that we have enjoyed for more than 30 years, can continue to serve our community.
