I was honored to be accepted into the Rites of Passage (ROP), a leadership acceleration experience sponsored by Jack & Jill of America, Inc., Minneapolis Chapter. The program targets high achieving males of African descent for unique programming in Self-Discovery, Achievement and Leadership. Over the next six months I will be provided a mentor, immersed in significant leadership and service content, and exposed to leaders from academia, public policy and business who will share unique, engaging insight that will help me transition to manhood and prepare for leadership in college and life.
Each one of us "Initiates" have accepted the challenge of raising funds. A portion of funds will go towards funding a donation to a local charity of our choosing. The remainder will support the Jack and Jill of America, Inc. Foundation in support of its philanthropic and community service projects. I intend to diligently pursue my goal of doing my share to make this a successful event.
Enclosed is a copy of our Supporter Agreement Form and Ad Size Chart to assist you in purchasing your advertisement. Congratulatory ads are available as: full page color ($500.00), full page ($250.00), half page ($150.00) and quarter page ($100.00). If you are unable to purchase an ad, you may assist me by being listed as a patron. The cost for a listing is: $75.00 for a Priority Patron (name will be at top of page and in bold/larger text, can be single, double or business); $50.00 for a business name (includes city and state); $35.00 for double names (e.g., Mr. & Mrs.); and $25.00 for a single name.
