Alyssa’s journey fighting cancer

Alyssa is a 30 year old single mom with 3 beautiful little boys , aged 8 ,15 months and 3 months. She was diagnosed in February with stage 4 oral cancer. She had most of her tongue removed and her fibula was used to rebuild partial jaw. She has tried to maintain working her full time job that she has had for 5 years, While going through treatment and caring for her young sons. She has done an amazing job but now starting chemotherapy and radiation it has just become too much. She will be missing an incredible amount of work and it is anticipated that her treatment itself will make maintaining even a few hours difficult. Figuring out how she is going to get by has been a struggle. We all know how fiercely independent Alyssa is but unfortunately she does and will need assistance. We are starting this in hopes that we can maybe help ease her stress and all her energy can be focused on her boys and healing. We appreciate and are grateful for any and all help.
