HOBY's mission is to inspire and develop our global community of youth and volunteers to a life dedicated to leadership, service and innovation. Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership provides lifelong leadership development opportunities that empower individuals to achieve their highest potential.

Every year HOBY Colorado hosts a 4-day seminar open to all High School Sophomores to develop and enhance leadership skills. Throughout the seminar, ambassadors can meet leaders within their local Colorado communities and follow a four-phase leadership development plan that supports ambassadors in developing their skills and find viable ways to implement them within their community. By donating to HOBY Colorado, you are providing the 2023 seminar participants and volunteers with lodging, supplies, and amenities to fulfill seminar needs to create a conducive learning environment. By equipping Colorado's youth for lifelong leadership and community engagement, you can give the gift that truly keeps on giving.
