Hope and Healing is a humanitarian initiative led by Team Congo, in close collaboration with its long-time partner AJPC, a grassroots organization active on the ground in Kivu, eastern DRC.

This project aims to provide psychological support and trauma recovery for survivors of the ongoing conflict — adults and children who have endured sexual violence and war-related trauma.

Through culturally sensitive and community-based care, Hope and Healing offers survivors a path toward mental restoration, dignity, and renewed hope.

With the support of contributions, our goal is to establish a dedicated, ongoing safe space where survivors can come freely to access professional psychological support — completely free of charge.

This center would offer not just healing, but also a sense of belonging, care, and long-term restoration.

Together, we are planting seeds of hope and healing.
