Hello, I'm going to start off by saying I love my son very much and I'm doing everything in my power to keep being a constant in his life.

My name is Jerimiah and I am the father to a wonderful 7-year-old boy named Micah. Micah is my mini-me and even my partner in crime at times. I am his biological father and have been in his life since his birth. He means the world to me and I mean the world to him.

The reason for the GoFundMe is that Micah's other parents deemed it necessary to remove my parenting time via an emergency Ex Parte order. In this order, it states that I'm to go through a series of evaluations to determine my capability to take care of my son. I have no worries doing these evaluations, but I feel as though I need legal representation to keep myself and my parental rights safe.

I am a man with my own personal issues, but the one thing I've never been is an absent, toxic, or abusive parent to my son. I've always done my best to provide him a safe and loving environment.

I'm trying to raise money for legal fees to pay for filing and representation. I want to ensure that my son is never subjected to this type of alienation again.
