Hurricane Melissa leaves 30,000 people without a home, food, or even water to drink in Westmoreland, Jamaica! The Westmoreland area was the hardest hit area in Jamaica leaving women, children and entire families struggling daily for basic necessities such as food , water, and needing to sleep in churches and schools - there are no homeless shelters in Jamaica.
