Save The Fireflies

In order to save the fireflies and their environment from the encroaching development next to my fields I need funds to build a solid 7' fence and plant trees. The developer just changed their plat to include 13 homes facing my fields with street lights, porch lights and headlights shining into my fields of fireflies and causing future decline in populations and most likely extinction. Light pollution effects the fireflies while they are blinking/mating which confuses them and causes them not to mate which causes future generations from being created. I conduct free firefly tours for the community so that we can all enjoy the magic that fireflies bring. I need your help to protect these fields from the light pollution the development will create. The funds will be used to create a barrier with fencing and trees. Once these fireflies are gone we will never get them back. This is a sensitive environment and the city and developer are not providing enough protection or consideration to minimize the impact of this development. It is up to me and I need your help!
