Water Brigades Ghana Trip

In response to the global water crisis, GWB sparked a movement of university students to work alongside local communities and technicians to implement clean water systems in the developing world. Since 2007, we have laid hundreds of miles of pipes that have nourished more than 18,000 people in remote rural communities with a reliable source of purified water.

This summer, the Florida State University chapter of Water Brigades will be going to Ghana to help implement clean water filtration systems for depleted communities. We will be staying and volunteering for a week. Approximately, 1 volunteer is worth 6.2 people getting access to clean water. So, every last person we can get there will make a huge difference for the people of these communities. This money will help fund our trips to go over and make a huge difference in Ghana.
