Dustin's Legal Battle: Your Help is Needed
Donation protected
To say that Dustin is a loving, loyal, honest, and humble man whose heart is after The Lord's is an understatement. There are far too few in this world who are like him, and I have been fortunate to know and be loved by two of them, my late husband and now Dustin.
There are times in everyone’s life when we face adversity. There is no better feeling during those times than that of love and support from friends, family, and strangers. Finances at these moments can be a burden and cause a tremendous amount of stress. With your support, we can help lessen the load. So, I ask that we work together to help Dustin finish his fight for his sweet daughter, Paisley, in giving her a fighting chance at having a healthy, full life filled with love, joy, family, and friends after years of isolation and tremendous turmoil.
Many of you know that it has been two years of fighting for Dustin’s divorce but more importantly for the well-being of this sweet girl. He has exhausted all of his funds, which is well over $300k on court fees, paying for attorneys, psychological evaluations, professionals, and fighting against false allegations against him.
the last court proceedings were a jury trial in which the respondent and her attorney intentionally caused a mistrial which basically made that week a total wash financially and emotionally and physically draining. This is so peculiar that all parties from judge to attorneys etc, who have practiced law for over 18 years had never experienced such a thing and now there are petitions being prepared for justice for this family but of course at a cost, to finally end this ongoing battle. In order to do so Dustin had to come up with $26k by April 10 to finish what has been started. He has temporary sole conservatorship of Paisley which is rare in and of itself as Gods hand has been on him and in this from the start. We know God is not done yet, as we are in the final stretch of this long and exhausting season. Up until now, he has not asked for any help but is now at a point where he needs all the help he can get financially, so no amount is too small. Please pray and ask The Lord what He is asking you to contribute to help bring some peace to him, his family and for justice to be served, as well as for the emotional, physical and spiritual well being of Paisley now and for her future.
May The Lord Bless you and your families and thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
