Dustin Devine, Our journey for civilian justice

Hi my name is Amy and I'm fundraising for Dustin Devine. We've been together for 18 years and we have two amazing teenage boys. Dustin is originally from Nebraska where he was taught by his grandparents that should always help someone out if they are In need, and Dustin lives by that he will gladly go out of his and or put him self out if it gives him the opportunity to make it easier for someone else. He's very educated in many areas , extremely talented, work driven, artistic, outgoing, I could go on for days. Now for the reason for my fundraiser about 10 or 12 years ago Dusty and I got in trouble with drugs. Our children were taken from us and we had to go to jail and rehab. Once we got out of jail and rehab it took us about a year to get our kids back, and while we were fighting to get our kids back we were also attending drug court classes to take our felony case and drop it down to a misdemeanor so that we were no longer felons. Drug court is an 18 month program once you successfully complete all three phases you go before the judge and he drops your felony to a misdemeanor and that is the reason you strive so hard to complete and graduate drug court. The completion rate for people to finish drug court is not very high however Dusty did this with only one setback the whole 18 months. Now bringing us to the current date on the 9th of June Dustin had been pulled over because our registration was out and he had a rifle in the vehicle with him and for some reason, when the cops ran his name it states that he is a felon (even though I have proof that he's not and that he has completed his drug court and then it has been dropped down to a misdemeanor.) So after impounding our truck taking him to jail they came and raided my home where my children and I were, guns drawer, riot shields, and begin questioning me about all kinds of questions about dusting him being a felon and he never would let me explain to him that Dusty wasn't a felon because of drug court. Anyways they came in they took the rest of his guns which he had in a toolbox that was locked. And now his bail is $385,000. And I need an attorney because once Dusty does go to his arraignment or his pretrial and they find out that he's not a felon. I'm going to sue the s*** out of San Bernardino county and that brings us to our fundraiser. I'm trying to raise money so that we can afford an attorney to make sure no funny business happens with Dusty's case and once he's released I will retaining their services one more time to take on San Bernardino county wrongful arrest. So if you happen to see this or you happen to know Dusty please help us out because I guarantee you if he saw you sitting on the side of the road no matter what time of the day or night he would stop and help you. If he only had $2 in his pocket and you haven't eaten today he'll take that $2 and go buy you something to eat even if he hasn't eaten today. So please please be like Dusty and help a person in need by donating to my fundraiser for civilian justice.
