On January 21st, 2020 the Durham family suffered an unimaginable tragedy.  Brandon Durham (U.S. Army), stationed in Corpus Christi, TX received a call that no parent could ever imagine receiving.  He was notified that his two twin sons Baron and Branson Durham (13 years old) and their mother, Holli had all been killed in their home in Munford, AL. While the family and the entire Munford community mourn this tragedy and seek understanding on why and how this could happen, sadly, for now, there are no answers.   Without the support, love, and many prayers of family and friends, the pain and suffering would be unbearable, and it would be easy to seem hopeless.  But we will stand with them, we will pray, and we will continue to try our best to shine a light on Brandon, his wife Natalie, and his little boy, Maverick now and in the hard months to come. To the Munford community that has already stepped in and helped so much with the burial costs... THANK YOU!!!  The family is so very grateful for everything you've done!  Munford should be recognized and celebrated as the best example of what a loving community should be. That being said, there is an ongoing investigation into the deaths that is going to require a lot of travel for Brandon and his family between Texas and Alabama over the coming months.  This is going to be a long, painful journey that will come at a great expense, both emotionally and financially.   For all who are reading this, please continue to pray for this family.  They are in need of God's grace and mercy.  Additionally, for those of you that can help try to remove some of the financial burdens from this family, please help if you can.
