Get ready for a fun and impactful teambuilding fundraising event! We’re excited to announce the Dunk for a Cause: Summer Relief Drive, where we come together to support our community and provide essential hygiene kits for those in need.

Provide Summer Heat Relief Kits to Support Residents in the Valley

Thousands of individuals in Maricopa County experience homelessness every day. Many are facing this challenge for the first time due to job loss, medical bills, or other circumstances. With your help, we can make a difference!

How It Works:

1. Donate: AZ Finance teammates can contribute to the fund which will go towards purchasing the needed items for the United Way summer heat relief hygiene kits.

2. Earn Dunk Tickets: Each $10 donation earns you 1 dunk ticket to enter into a ballot box for a chance to see your favorite Finance leaders dunked in the dunk tank! The more you donate, the more dunk tickets you receive! Your name must be included on your donation to receive your tickets. See Karla Herder or Portia Barna to receive your tickets on ticket distribution Wednesdays each week. Accepting donations through July 8th.

3. Vote: Place your dunk ticket in the ballot box of your favorite leader! The Finance leaders with the most votes will be dunked! This ticket voting process is anonymous.

4. Kit Assembly: Participate in our on-site event to assemble the heat relief kits purchased with the donated funds.

5. Join The Fun: Watch as our elected leaders take a plunge in the dunk tank!
